Who we are

This website, flaredigitalstudio.com, is run by Flare Digital LLC, which trades as Flare Digital Studio, based in New Jersey. For anything about this policy or your information, email hello@flaredigitalstudio.com.

The short version

• We collect what you type into the contact form, so we can reply.
• We count page views without cookies and without identifying you.
• This site sets no cookies and shows no advertising.
• We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

When you contact us

The contact form asks for your name, email address, organization (optional) and a message. When you send it, those details are emailed to our inbox so we can reply. We use them only to respond to you and to follow up on the conversation you started.

The email is sent by Resend, a mail delivery service, and arrives in our Google Workspace mailbox. If you email us directly instead, your message goes straight to Google Workspace.

We keep enquiries in our mailbox for as long as we need them to respond and to keep a record of our business correspondence. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Visitor statistics

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies. It records the page visited, the site that linked to it, your approximate location (country, region and city), and your browser, operating system and device type. A visit is recognized by a value calculated from the request, which Vercel discards after 24 hours, so visits cannot be linked to you or followed across other websites. We see only totals.

Hosting

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web server, Vercel receives technical information with each request, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the page and keep the service secure. We do not use it to identify visitors.

Stored in your browser

If you choose a light or dark theme with the button in the header, that choice is saved in your browser so the site remembers it. It never leaves your device. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

Your choices

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email hello@flaredigitalstudio.com and we will reply within 30 days.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. This site does not follow visitors from one website to another, so it behaves the same whether or not your browser sends one.

Children

This site is for businesses and public agencies and is not directed at children.

Changes

If what this site collects changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
